First grade placement is an important question for many families — especially when charter schools suggest kindergarten enrollment impacts admission.

While charter enrollment is never guaranteed, AFM kindergarten graduates transition each year to a wide range of charter and district schools across the Valley.

AFM graduates also:

• Receive priority registration at New Vistas Center for Education

• Frequently qualify for district Gifted Programs

• Enter first grade academically prepared and confident
